Support – enable Remote Support

Enabling your Mac for Blackturtleneck Remote Support

If you are using either iChat or Messages then simply supply Blackturtleneck with your account name for that application.

If you are not using these applications then please follow these steps…

1) Click the Enable Remote Support button.

2) Click on the downloaded .dmg file which should be in your Downloads folder.

3) Double-click on the QuickSupport icon that you see.

Your Mac is now ready for Blackturtleneck Remote Support.

Simply supply the Remote Support ID and Password to Blackturtleneck who will initiate your Remote Support session.

NOTE: No software will be installed on your computer during this process.
