This time round all the jigsaw pieces are in place and no one is going to take it back. History will not repeat as Windows has shown its true colours already on the desktop.
This time Apple has a clean run.
You can expect a monumental outpouring of negative tech press regarding the product for months. That’s normal. Thinking things through isn’t a strongpoint of the human race.
Then the device will sell millions and will set the standard that “competitors” aspire to and gradually the negativity will be educated into oblivion.
I expect to enjoy today very much!
